BACKGROUND:
At the budget retreat, City Council was briefed on the results from the 2019 Resident Satisfaction Survey. After reviewing the survey’s results, Council asked staff to develop a friendlier survey that will lead to actionable discussion. A draft survey is intended to be piloted on October 1 during National Night Out neighborhood events.
DISCUSSION:
City Council will have the opportunity to review the survey structure, questions, and delivery mechanisms.
