BACKGROUND:
On July 31, 2019, the proposed 2018-19 year-end amended and proposed 2019-20 fiscal year operating and capital budget were delivered to the City Council and copies were made available at the Farmers Branch Manske Library and the City’s Website for review.
DISCUSSION:
Ordinance No. 3600 amends the 2018-19 fiscal year operating and capital budget to a level that is consistent with the City’s most current estimate of revenues and expenditures.
This ordinance supports the City’s guiding principle of financial stewardship.

RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends the adoption of Ordinance No. 3600 amending the 2018-19 fiscal year operating and capital improvement budget.
POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTION:
1. I move to approve Ordinance No. 3600 amending the City’s Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
2. I move to approve Ordinance No. 3600, with modifications.
