Discussion regarding the Planning and Zoning Commission’s retreat on October 29, 2019.

BACKGROUND:
On Tuesday, October 29, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct their retreat consisting of a bus tour of several sites throughout the Dallas area. The Commission will depart promptly at 9:00am for the bus tour and return to City Hall at approximately 4:00pm. A light breakfast will be served for interested Commissioners at 8:30am in the Planning/Economic Development offices located at City Hall; otherwise, Commissioners should meet in the City Hall lobby by 8:55am for an on-time departure.
Attached to this report is the itinerary for the day. Staff recognizes that this is an aggressive tour schedule; therefore, should the Commission experience significant delays, stops may be omitted.
