Consider excusal of absence of a Regular Board Member from a regular meeting, and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
As a matter of practice, if a member provides a pre-noticed absence, the Board will approve the absence. By excusing an absence, the Zoning Board of Adjustment Member is not penalized with using one of the three unexcused absences allowed in the Charter.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Zoning Board of Adjustment may wish to approve the absence of Mike Del Valle from the February 25, 2020 regular meeting due to a pre-scheduled vacation.
ACTIONS:
1. Motion to approve the absence of Mike Del Valle from the February 25, 2020 regular meeting.
2. Any other action desired by the Board.
