Introduction of newly appointed member to the Mayor’s IH-35E Betterments Task Force.

BACKGROUND:
At their meeting on Tuesday May 19, 2020, it is anticipated that City Council will appoint a new member to the task force to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Giovanni Zavala. Mr. Zavala resigned from the task force in order to avoid a potential conflict of interest. Mr. Tim Yarbrough is being recommended for appointment, subject to City Council approval, and he also serves as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
