Nomination and Election of the Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
With the recent resignation of Vice-Chairman Jarrod Williams, the Planning and Zoning Commission will need to nominate and elect a current regular appointed Commissioner to the role of Vice-Chairman. The Vice-Chairman assists with presiding over the study session and regular meetings of the Commission when the Chairman is absent. The person elected will begin serving in this role at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission, and continue through the end of July, 2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission nominate and elect a regular appointed member to serve in the role of Vice-Chairman.
ACTIONS:
1. Nominate and elect a Vice-Chairman.
2. Any other action desired by the Planning and Zoning Commission
