Consider board meeting dates for the 2021 summer season; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
This item was placed on the agenda for the board to discuss meeting dates for the summer months, specifically June, July, and August.
In years past, the board has elected to skip one to two months of the summer for vacation and resume regular meetings in the fall. It is also understood that if an emergency action item comes up needing board recommendation and approval, staff will schedule an emergency meeting during this time.
The quad-board meeting could take place of one standard Parks and Recreation Board meeting if preferred.
