Receive an update on Farmers Branch Night Out

BACKGROUND:
Staff will provide an update on Farmers Branch Night Out (FBNO) and the preparations that are being made for the event. FBNO will occur on July 15, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. at four separate locations in Farmers Branch: Keenan Service Center, Manske Library, Fire Station #2, and the Recreation Center. FBNO will focus on celebrating Farmers Branch by highlighting what is going on in the City and what we are looking forward to seeing. The meeting locations will be set up with stations where each topic has its own area and materials to facilitate individual discussion about the topics that are of most importance to each individual resident.
DISCUSSION:
Staff will seek affirmation of the efforts so far and lay out the marketing plan and general timeline for the event locations.
