Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3692 by amending Chapter 2 Arts and Culture Committee amending the purpose and authority of the Arts and Culture Committee; and take appropriate action

BACKGROUND:
The original Ordinance establishing the Public Art and Culture Committee (now the Art and Culture Committee) references a Public Art Policy which was never official adopted.
DISCUSSION:
The proposed Ordinance removes the Public Art Policy reference and replaces it with a Public Art Program. The committee is working to establish a Public Art Program and identifying guidelines and policies.

City Administration recommends approval of Ordinance No. 3692, as presented.
