BACKGROUND:
Nominations for the Vice-Chairperson and Secretary will be taken at this meeting.
The Sustainability Committee will take any nominations from the floor. The Committee will then call for all members to vote by ballot or verbal nomination. Staff will tally the votes and announce the results.
