BACKGROUND:
Construction estimates are scheduled to be completed by the end of December, with construction tentatively slated to begin in early spring. The design concept will have the same look and feel as the first phase renovation downstairs.
Staff will present the new layout and describe the equipment going upstairs in the second phase.
