**Tree Lighting - in years past, the Parks and Recreation Board volunteered to work Santa’s house. With event operations back to their regularly scheduled program, this component has been brought back to the event. Santa’s house has a “suggested” donation, with the donations going back to the group working Santa’s house. Since the Board cannot accept donations, they have donated to local charities in the past.
*Halloween in the Park - Staff are currently seeking more game booth vendors. All booths keep any funds raised. Since the Board cannot accept donations, there is an opportunity to donate funds to local charities. (Note: no game booth fee would be charged).
NOTE: The Parks and Recreation Department has a Youth Scholarship Fund, which allows for donations. These funds are used for residents who need financial assistance that covers programs, uniforms, etc.
