Consider approving Resolution No. 2022-010 casting a vote in the Runoff Election for the Fourth Member of the Board of Directors for Dallas Central Appraisal District; and take appropriate action

BACKGROUND:
The Cities shall elect by a majority vote, with each City being entitled to one (1) vote, a member to serve on the Board of Directors. Since none of the candidates received a majority of votes a runoff election is required between the top two nominees. (Michael Hurtt and Brett Franks)
The proposed Resolution No. 2022-010 casts a vote for the incumbent Michael Hurtt.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends approving Resolution No. 2022-010 casting a vote for Michael Hurtt to serve on the Board of Directors for Dallas Central Appraisal District for a two-year term.
ACTIONS:
1) Motion to approve Resolution No. 2022-010, as presented.
2) Motion to deny Resolution No. 2022-010, with modifications.
3) Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
