Discuss various code topics related to solid waste cart storage, garage sales, rain barrels, shopping carts, and other various code topics, and possible revisions, as requested by City Council and Staff. BACKGROUND:
City Council members have raised questions about topics in several codes including, but not limited to, solid waste cart storage (Property Maintenance Code), garage sales (Business Code and Sign Code), rain barrels (Property Maintenance Code) and shopping carts (Property Maintenance Code).
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the discussion is to review existing codes, answer Council questions, and obtain City Council feedback on possible changes. Discussion regarding easement maintenance will be led by the City Attorney’s Office.
