BACKGROUND:
This agenda item is to receive an update regarding The Branch Connection Game Night event.
Staff will provide updates for the upcoming event. The Senior Advisory Board has agreed on the space theme for Game Night. The three different levels of the sponsorship tiers have been established. The title for Game Night has been updated to “A Space Odyssey.”
The graphics have been generated and staff will move forward using those graphics on brochures, tickets, and marketing. Casino Events will be the vendor for the casino games. Lynnette Hill will give an update on menu items.
The Board requested this item continue to be on the agenda until the completion of Game Night.
