Discuss recruitment and retention initiatives from the Human Resources Department.

BACKGROUND:
The Human Resources team recommends new initiatives and updates to existing practices to strengthen the City’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
DISCUSSION:
Three primary areas are being evaluated:
1. Addition of a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) with City contribution.
2. Pilot program for a 4/10 work schedule.
3. Compensation analysis and recommendations.
The City Council will have an opportunity to discuss. Staff will be present to answer any questions.
