BACKGROUND:
City Manager Ben Williamson and Director of Administrative Services/City Secretary Stacy Henderson met with Dallas County Elections Administrator Heider Garcia on March 13, 2024, to discuss ways to improve the election process.
The meeting was incredibly productive, and Staff asked Mr. Garcia to share with the City Council the enhancements that are being made to the election process.
The follow-up on this topic was requested by Councilman Roman.
