Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3856, amending the Code of Ordinances, by amending Appendix A “Fee Schedule,” by adding fees for the “Mobile Food Unit Location Permit” and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
On February 20, 2024, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 3848, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO) and creating zoning regulations and standards related to Mobile Food Unit (MFU) operations. Section 5.8.K of this ordinance requires the Planning Department to issue a MFU Location Permit. Proposed Ordinance No. 3856 seeks to amend the Fee Schedule listed in Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances and add an application fee for MFU Location Permits.
