BACKGROUND:
During the March 5, 2024, Study Session, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Roman requested to bring forward legal services soliciting for discussion. At the April 2, 2024, Study Session, staff presented an insight into legal services the current law firm provides based on the City's needs.
DISCUSSION:
This agenda item allows the City Council to determine if solicitation of legal services through an RFP is needed and provide direction on the path forward.

1. I move to approve moving forward with an RFP to solicit legal services as discussed.
