Receive an update on the Gateway to the Globe event.

BACKGROUND:
Staff will update the Board on the Gateway to the Globe event held at the Historical Park on March 23, 2024. This event was a new event proposed by the Special Events Team in response to the City Council's direction.
The Council formed a Task Force that the Special Events Team worked with over the course of 2023 to organize the event. The event was well attended and supported by the community. Staff is requesting to again hold the event in 2025 to be considered for approval by the City Council as part of the 2025 Fiscal Year budget process.
