i. Consider staggering Council terms to allow City elections to be held every other year (Section 2.01 and Section 7.04).
ii. Consider 4-year terms for City Councilmembers (Section 2.01 and Section 7.04).
d) Consider removing the number of days for submitting the fiscal year end auditor’s report (Section 3.02, 3)
e) Review City Charter in years ending in 0 and 5 starting in 2030 (Section 9.20).
f) Enhancing the amount of time from serving on City Council to serving on boards and commissions (currently in the Code of Ordinances, Article III, Section 2-280)
