Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from the City of Farmers Branch to amend the Regulating Plan - Street Types of the Planned Development District No. 86 (PD-86), also known as the Station Area Code and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The City of Farmers Branch initiated an amendment to PD-86 to create a new street type for Bee Street, the portion located south of Valley View Lane. This amendment is meant to accommodate the proposed Station Area Urban Village. The amendment will change the cross section of Bee Street between Valley View Lane and Pepperwood Street to allow a wider configuration.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommend approval of the proposed amendment to the regulating Plan - Street Types within PD-86.
