Title
Discuss the upcoming City Council quarterly update presentation.

Body
BACKGROUND:
The City Council has requested that the Planning and Zoning Commission provide quarterly update presentations to them, with the next presentation occurring on August 21, 2018. The purpose of these presentations is to inform the Council of:

* Residential setbacks and related regulations (City Council initiative)
* Monthly updates on previous development cases considered by the Commission and the final outcome at City Council
* Received training related to the Texas Open Meetings Act
* Received training ...
